How does the estimate work ? Is it free?
Perfect Measure offers free estimates in all New Jersey Area. We offer as fast as a same day estimates for emergencies. Once an appointment is scheduled through the phone the technician will come to your premises and check everything that you will have a concern of. We will discuss with you everything and give our opinion. We will give you an estimate of how much the cost would be for your repair and project. Once we agree we can start as early as next day the project.
How do I know when I need to replace the roof?
Usually a new roof would last from 20-50 years. That depends on many factors such as weather, storm, sun coverage, trees around it, animals and so on. It is recommended to check the roof time after time for any missing shingles or deviated shingles. If you see something like this it is good to call a professional before it is too late. A roof repair is cheaper than replacing the whole roof.
I am having a leak inside the house. How to distinguish where is it coming from?
If you have access to the attic go and check where the water is coming from. Sometimes it is just humidity on the attic when there is no ventilation. If you don’t have access to the attic please call a professional as soon as possible. The leak can come from chimney, roof, siding or gutters.
